Nicole

Title: Owner / Professional Fiduciary

What I Do: As the owner and professional fiduciary, I wear many hats to ensure our company achieves its core mission: helping others. The fiduciary industry is both challenging and rewarding, involving complex situations and diverse family dynamics. I am dedicated to improving lives with kindness, compassion, and unwavering professionalism.

Future Goals: My vision is to continue growing the business while increasing our efforts to give back to the community through volunteering and charitable initiatives. Looking ahead, I hope to one day pass the business to a trusted team member, ensuring our mission endures for years to come.

Years with the Business: I have been leading Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services since its inception in January 2017.

About Me: I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and now enjoy life with my husband and our three wonderful boys.

Fun Fact: Fall is my favorite season! I love everything about it—candles, camping, and especially Halloween.

Kaley

Title: Certified Guardian / Case Manager

What I Do: I manage client intake, oversee their medical needs, and collaborate closely with healthcare teams, facilities, and families to ensure the highest level of care. From attending care conferences and medical appointments to advocating for clients' rights and needs, I provide personalized attention and professional advocacy at every step of the process.

Future Goals: I am committed to helping our company grow while enhancing the lives of our clients. By focusing on innovation and exceptional service, I aim to drive meaningful impact and long-term success for both our business and those we serve.

Years with the Business: I have been employed with Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services since 2017.

About Me: I was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon (Go Ducks) I am happily married and a proud parent to three beautiful children. I have a background in the medical field and I’m passionate about health and well-being.

Fun Fact: I have a deep love for nature and enjoy hunting and fishing.

Missy

Title: Senior Financial Officer

What I Do: As Senior Financial Officer, I support our clients with their day-to-day needs, provide assistance to staff, and oversee the financial accounting for all accounts managed by Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services. Additionally, I am a certified Notary and offer mobile notary services to clients when needed, ensuring convenience and reliability.

Future Goals: I am committed to helping the company grow and expand its reach, enabling us to assist more clients and positively impact their lives.

Years with the Business: I have been part of Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services team since September 2018.

About Me: I have lived in Oregon for most of my life and am a proud mother to three amazing children who inspire me every day. My daughters and I enjoy spending quality time together, especially camping or searching for treasures while river rockhounding. I hold a Master’s degree from Eastern Oregon University and am passionate about learning and growth in both my personal and professional life.

Fun Fact: I have a genuine love for spreadsheets—they make my world a little brighter!

Tania

Title: Lead Office Administrator / Billing Specialist

What I Do: As the Lead Office Administrator and Billing Specialist, I oversee the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. I manage the billing department and handle clients’ financial matters with precision and care. My role involves maintaining organizational excellence, streamlining operations, and supporting both the team and our clients to ensure a smooth experience.

Future Goals: I am committed to growing alongside the company, expanding my expertise, and making meaningful contributions to both the team and our clients. My focus is on fostering a collaborative and productive environment while continuously enhancing our services. I am passionate about supporting our clients' well-being and deeply believe in the mission and values that drive our company.

Years with the Business: I have been a part of Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services team since December 2022.

About Me: Born and raised in Oregon, I enjoy a fulfilling life with my husband, our four amazing children, and two beloved dogs. Family and community are at the heart of everything I do, both personally and professionally.

Fun Fact: I have a passion for crafting and designing digital images! In my free time, I also love outdoor adventures, especially fishing and camping.

Bailey

Title: Tax and Data Specialist

What I Do: As a Tax and Data Specialist, I am responsible for entering clients' general and financial information into our database, ensuring accuracy and organization. I also collaborate with CPAs to facilitate the efficient filing of our clients' tax returns, providing support in all matters related to tax preparation and financial management.

Future Goals: I plan to attend Portland Community College to earn an associate’s degree in accounting and am also exploring the path to becoming a Legal Conservator. I am committed to furthering my education and expanding my expertise in the field.

Years with the Business: I have been with Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services since May 2023.

About Me: I was born and raised in Northwest Oregon and began my career with the company prior to graduating high school.

Fun Fact: I enjoy spending my free time outdoors, particularly fishing, crabbing, and camping.

Destini

Title: Office Support Specialist

What I Do: As an Office Support Specialist, I primarily work behind the scenes at Nicole Svoboda’s Fiduciary Services. My responsibilities include entering client billing, organizing files, and collaborating with team members and case managers to address their in-office needs. I ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the team in all areas.

Future Plans: I plan to continue pursuing my career as a flight attendant while also contributing to the growth of NSFS. My goal is to become an even stronger support system for the company as it expands in the future.

Years with the Business: I have been with Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services since early 2021, took a brief gap year in 2022, and rejoined the team in 2023.

About Me: I was born and raised in Tigard, Oregon, and attended college in Eugene, OR. After college, I’ve lived in various locations across the U.S. and explored a variety of career paths.

Fun Fact: I enjoy paddle boarding, snowboarding, weightlifting, and embracing my love for adventure as a wandering soul.

Jasmine

Title: Administrative Support Specialist

What I Do: As an Administrative Support Specialist, I work behind the scenes organizing client requests, ensuring their specific needs are met with efficiency and care. I maintain open communication with clients regarding their requests and support the office team by developing processes that enhance our internal organization. Additionally, I coordinate community outreach initiatives and volunteer opportunities to foster positive connections with the community.

Future Goals: I am committed to working with the team to ensure the company continues to grow in an organized and efficient manner, while preserving our friendly, client-focused approach. My goal is to support both our clients and our community with a positive, streamlined experience.

Years with the Business: I have been with Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services since December 2023.

About Me: I have lived in Oregon my entire life and share a home with my other half and our sweet dog.

Fun Fact: I love scary movies!

Taylor

Title: Intake Specialist

What I Do: As the Intake Specialist, I oversee the initial intake process for clients, providing essential support by gathering necessary information and ensuring proper documentation and benefits are in place. I also act as a key liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring clients receive timely and efficient support services.

Future Plans: I’m excited to be part of our company’s growth and to see its expanding impact on the lives of our clients. Witnessing how our work uplifts and transforms lives is truly inspiring, and I’m eager to contribute to creating lasting, positive change through our services.

Years with the Business: I joined Nicole Svoboda's Fiduciary Services in October 2024.

About Me: Born and raised in Oregon, I truly love living here. On weekends, you’ll often find me mountain biking in the woods with my husband and our son.

Fun Fact: I can’t resist taking home another pet when the opportunity arises!
